We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Experienced Babysitter/Childcare Provider to join our home in California City, California. As a full-time worker with our childcare, you will provide a nurturing environment that supports children's growth and development, allowing our peace of mind while they are away. Your role is crucial in offering not just care, but also inspiration and guidance to the children in your care, ultimately impacting their lives in a positive way.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and engage with children in a safe and friendly environment.Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.Maintain a clean and organized play area to promote a conducive environment for children.Communicate regularly with us regarding the children's progress and daily experiences.Manage daily schedules, including meals, naps, and playtime to ensure a balanced routine, running some errands that needs to do with the childrenProvide emotional support and build trusting relationships with each child.Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment for our children.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.Proficient in skills such as patience, communication, organization, time management, empathy, and reliability.Background check clearance is mandatory prior to employment.Advanced childcare certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are a plus.This position thrives within a supportive, dedicated to nurturing children’s development.
