Job Opening: Horizon Inventory Management System Implementation SpecialistLocation: Main office – Lithuania. Remote-first with regular business trips to Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and other countries in the region). Our solutions give pharmacy chains a competitive edge by improving product availability, increasing inventory turnover, and optimizing assortment — all with near-full automation.About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated, attentive, and open-minded person to help sell and implement the Horizon inventory management system — a modern solution used in both warehouses and retail.What You Will Be Doing•Learn the Horizon system from both a technical and business perspective•Extract client data from databases and prepare it for import into Horizon•Install and configure the Horizon system for new clients•Adjust system settings to meet specific business requirements•Regular traveling to LATAM for sales and implementation processes•Train users — from interface basics to core operations•Collaborate with the Lithuania team, LATAM clients, and prospects•Present the system at exhibitions and sales events•Organize and conduct meetings with potential clients We’re Looking for Someone Who:•Speaks Spanish fluently and English•Has basic SQL knowledge•Understands retail operations (ordering, inventory management)•Has strong communication and presentation skills•Is responsible, well-organized, and capable of managing projects•Is ready for regular business travelIt Will Be a Plus If You:•Have a European Union passport (simplifies travel arrangements)•Have experience in inventory management, retail operations, logistics, or ERP systems•Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management What We Offer:•Career growth – superior knowledge for managing inventory in leading retail chains•Project management opportunities•Experience in communication with companies’ decision makers (owners, managers)•Comprehensive training on Horizon, SQL, and implementation processes•Mentor support and strong team assistance during onboarding•Development of sales skills: presentations, negotiations, and client communication•Flexible schedule and remote work•Opportunities to travel•Salary: USD 1,000–1,400 net + performance bonuses + paid travel daysHow to Apply: If you’re eager to join an international team, learn new skills, and see your work have a real impact — we’d love to hear from you.
