Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and guide team members. Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
