Fineotex Chemical Limited, a dynamic and growing company with annual revenues of up to$100 million+, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Head to lead our financialoperations in Houston, Texas. This executive leadership position is responsible for the entirefinance function, reporting directly to the Top Management team. The Finance Head willhave full P&L responsibility for the Houston market and will be a key driver of our businessgrowth and profitability. This role requires a leader who can translate corporate vision intoactionable financial plans, build and lead a high-performance team, and ensure the company'sfinancial health and integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making processes, providing insights into performance metrics.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, preparing necessary reports for management and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial implications of operational decisions and projects.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to communicate to management.Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance on best practices in financial management.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and efficiency.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills; proficiency with financial reporting and analysis.Experience with financial management software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.Our Finance Manager will work closely with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Human Resources to drive financial strategy and performance alignment.
