As a key member of our team, you will impact our customers by enhancing their properties through expert fencing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to timelines.Coordinate installation schedules and logistics, ensuring all necessary materials are on-site and prepared for work.Perform high-quality installations of various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, and chain link.Conduct inspections of completed work to guarantee compliance with company standards and customer specifications.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.Train and mentor new team members on installation techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of project progress and prepare reports for management on team performance and project completion.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Proven experience in fence installation or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.Strong supervisory skills and experience managing a team.Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.Our team operates in a collaborative atmosphere, supporting one another to achieve common goals and provide exceptional service.
