In the vibrant city of Santiago de los Caballeros, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Niñera (Nanny) specialized in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (TEA). As a key player in the family, you will provide a nurturing and safe environment for the children while actively engaging with them to promote their development. This role not only supports the family but also plays a critical part in enhancing the quality of life for children with special needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized care and support to children with Autism, focusing on their unique needs and behaviors.Implement personalized activity plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and recreational activities while ensuring safety at all times.Maintain open communication with parents regarding the child’s progress, challenges, and behavior.Administer first aid and manage emergencies in alignment with established protocols.Foster a nurturing environment that encourages growth and independence in daily skills.Participate in relevant training and workshops to enhance skills in special needs support and child care.Required and Preferred QualificationsSpecialized training in Childcare or Autism Support is required.Proficiency in swimming and cooking is preferred.Strong skills in communication, patience, hygiene awareness, and time management.Valid First Aid certification is a plus.A minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare, particularly with children with special needs.Our team values collaboration and support, working closely with parents and specialists to provide the best possible care for children.
