Your work will ensure that our heavy machinery remains in optimal condition, allowing our projects to continue seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting on diesel engines and heavy equipment.Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on-site and in the shop to ensure equipment reliability.Assess and repair hydraulic systems, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.Inspect and maintain electrical systems, ensuring all components are working efficiently.Document service and repair activities accurately for record-keeping and future reference.Collaborate with team members and management to expedite complex repairs and improve workflow.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; technical certifications in diesel mechanics are a plus.Proven experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of diesel and heavy equipment (minimum 3-5 years preferred).Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and electrical systems.Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.Certification in diesel mechanics or related fields is preferred.We foster a culture of growth and innovation, providing our employees with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing professional development.
