We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Keene, New Hampshire. In this full-time position, you will contribute to our company's mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a vital part of our customer support team, you will work in a collaborative environment where your impact will be felt directly through enhanced customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing suitable solutions promptly.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and support their needs.Document all customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track issues and resolutions.Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and share best practices for improved service delivery.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product changes and service enhancements.Analyze customer feedback to provide insights for improvements in products and customer service strategies.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Proven experience in a customer service or support role (1-3 years preferred).Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Certifications in customer service excellence are a plus.Our Customer Support Executive will be a part of a close-knit team dedicated to fostering positive customer relationships.
