This full-time position offers you an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction while being part of a supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer experience.Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system for record keeping and quality assurance.Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products, policies, and procedures.Achieve and maintain key performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.Proficiency in common customer service software and tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Open to obtaining relevant industry-standard certifications as necessary.Our call center team is structured to provide ample support, with supervisors readily available for guidance and mentorship. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, who will ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.
