In this role, your contributions will directly impact our clients' success and enhance their experience with our products.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.Facilitate proof of concept sessions to demonstrate product efficacy and fit for clients.Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Collaborate closely with the sales team to align customer requirements with product offerings.Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for client use.Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for improvement.Contribute to project initiatives that enhance the onboarding process and customer satisfaction.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience with technical presentations and engaging customers effectively.Proven ability to manage proof of concept processes.Highly skilled in customer engagement techniques.Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software relevant to pre-sales and onboarding.A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related role is preferred.You will be part of an innovative team structure where your role is vital to the overall success of not only our customers but our company as well.
