We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Advocate and Engineering Liaison in San Francisco, California. This contract position plays a crucial role in connecting our engineering teams with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met while also supporting product development. Working in a dynamic environment, you will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and product improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback, providing exceptional customer service.Facilitate communication between customers and engineering teams, translating customer needs into actionable insights.Manage and prioritize customer project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.Develop and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) documentation to track interactions and feedback.Participate in cross-functional meetings to convey customer perspectives and contribute to product development discussions.Analyze customer feedback and project outcomes to recommend improvements and enhancements.Support training and onboarding initiatives for customers, helping them achieve maximum value from our products.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.Proven experience in customer service and project management roles.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Preferred experience in liaising between technical teams and non-technical customers.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.2+ years of relevant experience in customer advocacy or a similar role.Our company fosters a collaborative and inclusive work culture that encourages growth and innovation.
