Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Diagnose hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues when necessary. Assist in the installation and configuration of software and applications for end-users. Document and track support interactions using our ticketing system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. Participate in team meetings to discuss common technical challenges and share solutions. Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and documentation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications. Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
