We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Director of Americas Channel Sales. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on our market presence and revenue growth through effective management of channel partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic channel sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Americas.Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals.Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective lead generation strategies are in place to drive channel engagement.Conduct regular performance analyses of channel partners to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure channel partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.Guide and mentor sales teams and channel partners, providing training on product offerings and sales strategies.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to channel sales success and growth initiatives.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or a related role, with a focus on technology solutions.Proven track record of developing successful channel strategies and management.Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and direct experience in building effective partnerships.Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to drive performance reporting.Industry-standard certifications in sales management or channel partnership development are preferred.The sales team consists of highly skilled professionals dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships with our partners.
