We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in McMinnville, Oregon. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office, providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of our leadership team, ensuring that organizational goals are met.Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments, while ensuring effective time management.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring all materials are completed accurately and on time.Facilitate communication between executives and staff, as well as with external stakeholders and clients to enhance customer service.Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in a way that promotes easy access and compliance with organizational policies.Assist in coordinating company events, travel arrangements, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various projects as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels to maintain a productive work environment.Required and Preferred QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.Proven skills in organization, customer service, time management, and scheduling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.A minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Our company fosters a collaborative and supportive culture, encouraging professional development and growth.
