We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse or IV Administrator to join our team in the beautiful Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. This position is vital in enhancing patient outcomes through the administration of intravenous therapies and overall nursing care.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister intravenous therapies and ensure patient comfort while monitoring their progress.Conduct thorough assessments and create individual care plans based on patient needs.Provide bilingual communication to ensure clarity and understanding for all patients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting care provided and patient responses.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.Participate in health education initiatives, helping patients understand their treatment plans.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.Current nursing license in Costa Rica or eligibility for licensure.Experience in IV administration and nursing practices is preferred.Knowledge of medical software tools and patient care systems.Preferably 2+ years of experience in a nursing role.We foster a supportive team structure where each member plays an integral role in patient care.
