Join our dynamic team as a Video Editor specializing in Real Estate and Construction. This full/part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to shape visual narratives that captivate and inform audiences. You will work in a collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation, directly impacting the success of our projects and brand presence in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit video footage to create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production standards.Collaborate with real estate agents and construction teams to understand project requirements and visually represent the properties and projects accurately.Utilize video editing software to enhance visual content with transitions, sound, effects, and graphics.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for video projects.Manage timelines and deliverables to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve video outputs effectively.Maintain an organized library of raw and edited content for easy access and reference.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Film or Media Production.Proven experience in video editing, particularly within real estate or construction contexts.Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Strong sense of storytelling through video, with the ability to present technical information engagingly.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus.Our company fosters a culture of growth and collaboration where creativity thrives.
