We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman with expertise in medium voltage (MV) systems ranging from 1–15 kV. This full-time position is located in Gastonia, NC, and plays a critical role in overseeing electrical installations and maintenance in a bustling industrial environment. As a Working Foreman, you will not only guide a team of skilled electricians but also actively participate in hands-on work, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Coordinate and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including MV 1–15 kV.Develop project schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks while allocating resources effectively.Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and workplace safety.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and hours worked for reporting purposes.Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication among team members and cross-functional departments.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Proven experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman or similar role, with a focus on MV 1–15 kV systems.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Electrical License, OSHA Safety Certification) are highly preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools for project management and documentation.A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance roles.This role offers growth opportunities within our dynamic company culture, which emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
