We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis in Philadelphia. Our company is dedicated to providing top-tier property management services, and your role will directly contribute to the efficiency and financial health of our operations. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our property managers with accurate financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform weekly and monthly reconciliations for various accounts.Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and facilitate the accurate filing of necessary documents.Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and efficient processing.Conduct data analysis to provide insights into financial trends and support budgeting processes.Communicate financial information effectively to team members and stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, aligning them with company goals.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.Strong skills in financial reporting, reconciliation, and tax compliance.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities.In this position, you will be part of a dedicated team that thrives on collaboration and cross-functional support.
