We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Edison, New Jersey on a contract basis. This role is critical to our mission of creating user-centered products that provide meaningful interactions and meet both user needs and business objectives. Note :: Ed-Tech Experience is mustKey ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.Ensure that all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.Iterate on designs based on usability testing and provide design specifications for developers.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to UX/UI design.Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into final designs.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HCI, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Product Design, Human Centered Design, or related field.Proven experience in User Experience Design and Visual Design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.Strong skills in Prototyping, Wireframing, and understanding of Accessibility Standards.Proficient in HTML/CSS; additional familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design.As you step into this role, you will become part of a close-knit team dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment.
