We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in Quito, Pichincha, Ecuador. As a full-time member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing building information models that ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the construction process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the quality and sustainability of architectural developments.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and maintain detailed 3D models using BIM software, particularly Revit.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project requirements and deliverables.Review and coordinate designs with other disciplines, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.Prepare detailed documentation, including construction drawings and specifications, in compliance with industry standards.Implement model management practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across the project lifecycle.Support project assessment meetings and contribute to ongoing project tracking and reporting.Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff in BIM processes and software utilization.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with other BIM software is a plus.Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.At least 2 years of experience in a BIM modeling role or related position.Familiarity with construction documentation and project workflows.Industry-standard certifications in BIM are preferred.You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
