Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and empathetic Sales Executive to promote and sell our mental health programs and services to organizations, healthcare providers, and/or individual clients. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in expanding access to essential mental health resources while building strong relationships and closing new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for mental health programs (B2B or B2C).Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, such as HR leaders, healthcare organizations, schools, or individuals.Understand client needs and tailor solutions using company’s mental health offerings (e.g., therapy platforms, EAPs, digital programs, wellness coaching).Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.Stay updated on mental health trends, competitors, and market developments.Gather client feedback and contribute to product and service improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, wellness, or mental health industries.Strong understanding of the mental health space, including digital therapy platforms, telehealth, or EAP solutions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Health Sciences, or related field (preferred).
