Your contributions will directly impact our success as we help our clients build their dream teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough sourcing of potential candidates via various online platforms and networking events.Engage with candidates through effective communication to assess their skills and suitability for open positions.Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for our clients.Nurture relationships with talent pools and keep them informed about job opportunities.Negotiate job offers and liaise between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.Collaborate with recruitment team members to strategize and refine sourcing techniques.Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma is required; further education or specialization in Human Resources or Recruitment is preferred.Proven experience in recruiting or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years being ideal.Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.Familiarity with sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Comfortable using various recruitment software tools, especially ATS systems.Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Our team is made up of passionate professionals who support each other and work collaboratively to achieve our recruitment goals.
