As a Hiring Administrator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining hiring operations and enhancing the overall candidate experience within our growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interview schedules.Conduct data entry for applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, answering inquiries and guiding them through the hiring process.Collaborate with team members to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and presentations for hiring managers.Participate in weekly team meetings and provide feedback on recruitment efforts and candidate interactions.Monitor and report on key metrics related to the hiring process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma is required. Further education in Human Resources is a plus.Experience in data entry and administrative support roles.Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.Technical skills in using office software and databases.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the work environment.Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is an asset.Our team values growth opportunities and fosters a culture of collaboration and support.
