Role OverviewThe Customer Success Representative is the primary point of contact for our property owners. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth communication, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction and trust. You will act as the liaison between property owners and our internal teams to make sure everyone is aligned and informed.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact for property owners, maintaining regular and professional communication.Provide updates on property performance, bookings, and guest feedback.Address owner questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and solution-oriented manner.Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, guest experience, cleaning) to resolve owner-related issues.Assist owners with understanding company processes, policies, and performance reports.Monitor owner satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.Keep accurate records of communications, requests, and resolutions. RequirementsLocated in Guatemala with reliable internet connection.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency with email, CRM, and communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, monday.com, etc.).Manage and update company social media accounts with owner-relevant content.Create and send email campaigns to property owners (monthly newsletters, performance updates, special announcements).Track engagement and open rates for email campaigns, reporting results to management.Gather and share owner success stories to be featured in marketing content. Schedule40 hours per week (Tuesday to Saturday, open to changes as needed).
