In this role, you will be a crucial resource in ensuring the safety and security of commercial properties by installing and maintaining a variety of locking mechanisms. As a key member of our team, you will have a significant impact on our clients' peace of mind through your expertise and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain various types of locking systems, including electronic locks, deadbolts, and padlocks for commercial properties.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering effective solutions on-site.Perform detailed assessments of security needs and recommend appropriate locking mechanisms to enhance property safety.Create and maintain detailed records of services performed, including customer transactions and inventory of tools and materials.Collaborate with contractors, property managers, and business owners to fulfill key project deadlines and ensure prompt service delivery.Stay current with locksmithing trends and best practices to deliver optimal service quality.Attend training and safety meetings to maintain industry knowledge and safety standards.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required.Proven skills in lock installation, customer service, problem-solving, attention to detail, and tool proficiency.Industry-standard certifications in locksmithing preferred but not required.Experience with common locksmithing tools and technologies essential.1-3 years of experience in the locksmithing or security services field preferred.This role offers significant growth opportunities and the potential for increased responsibilities based on performance.
