In this role, you will have a significant impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to the overall success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.Record customer interactions and feedback to help improve service processes and outcomes.Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for customer concerns.Stay informed of product updates and service changes to provide the best support possible.Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Comfortable with phone and computer systems; experience with customer service software is a plus.Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to work flexible hours as needed, particularly during peak times.In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing unparalleled service to our customers.
