With our growing company, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and health compliance, making a positive impact in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine pool inspections and maintenance tasks, including balancing chemicals, cleaning filters, and checking pump operations.Diagnose and resolve issues related to pool equipment, plumbing, and systems, providing clients with timely solutions.Maintain accurate service records and update maintenance logs after each service appointment.Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance practices to ensure longevity and safety.Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and improve maintenance processes.Participate in additional projects such as pool installations or major repairs as needed.Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and communicate reordering needs to management.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Demonstrated experience in pool maintenance, with a focus on chemistry and attention to detail.Familiarity with pool equipment and water chemistry testing tools.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.Preferred certifications in pool operation and maintenance (e.g., CPO Certification).Prior experience of 2 years in a similar role is highly desired.We foster a collaborative team environment where all members are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.
