As a Commercial Locksmith Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our customers' assets through your specialized knowledge and hands-on skills.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain a variety of locking mechanisms, including commercial-grade locks and access control systems.Respond to emergency call-outs for lockouts and security breaches, providing prompt and effective solutions.Conduct security assessments for clients to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security solutions.Collaborate with property managers and business owners to determine their unique locking needs and provide tailored solutions.Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used, ensuring up-to-date inventory management.Keep informed of industry trends, new products, and techniques to enhance service offerings.Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent; relevant certifications in locksmithing preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in locksmithing, with a focus on commercial environment.Proficient in the use of locksmithing tools and equipment.Knowledge of security systems, access control, and alarm systems is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.A reliable vehicle  Tools needed for the trade or the means to purchase the tools.In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team that values expertise and craftsmanship.
