We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Lima, Peru. As a full-time remote employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while maintaining accurate data entry. This position is integral to our company, impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.Manage databases and update customer information as needed, ensuring data integrity.Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and provide timely solutions.Assist in organizing and prioritizing workload with effective time management skills.Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and documents as requested.Contribute to team projects aimed at improving customer service processes and efficiencies.Required and Preferred QualificationsAssociate Degree or equivalent educational background.Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Solid problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation.
