We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Canton, MI. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in shaping treatment plans and overseeing their implementation while leading a team of professionals driven by passion and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians, guiding them in the effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies.Provide training and ongoing support to staff to ensure fidelity of implementation of ABA principles and techniques.Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Facilitate parent and caregiver training sessions to engage families in their child’s progress and promote consistency in behavior support.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and enhance client care, including communication with educators and other relevant professionals.Participate in regular supervision meetings and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.Proven leadership skills and ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and direct instruction (DTT) techniques.Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bilingual abilities are preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.Experience in a similar role is highly valuable; preference for candidates with 2+ years in behavioral intervention settings.Our company culture fosters teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
