We are seeking a dedicated Rental Management Manager to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois. As a key player in our rental management division, you will oversee various aspects of property management, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. Your role will significantly impact both our organizational success and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily rental operations, including tenant relations and property maintenance.Conduct financial analysis to optimize budget allocations and enhance profitability of rental properties.Implement and enforce rental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.Lead a team of property management professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective rental marketing strategies.Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports to assess rental property performance.Maintain strong communication with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma with relevant experience in property or rental management.Proven leadership skills with a track record in team management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.Experience in financial analysis and budgeting processes.Familiarity with property management software tools (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Our organizational structure promotes collaboration and innovation.
