Our organization is committed to ensuring the well-being of our patients, and this role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service that positively impacts their lives.Shift: Mid/Night/Morning (Flexible) Pay: $18 - $21/HourDuration: 13 Weeks (40 Hours /Weekly)Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.Provide support during meals and ensure patients’ nutritional needs are met.Engage with patients to promote emotional well-being and support mental health.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.Participate in team meetings and contribute to care plan discussions.Document all patient interactions and care provided thoroughly and accurately.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Rhode Island.Experience in patient care is preferred, but not mandatory.Skills in communication, empathy, and patient engagement.Familiarity with basic medical terminology and healthcare practices.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism in a healthcare setting.Basic proficiency in utilizing healthcare documentation software is a plus.Our organization fosters a culture of support and compassion.
