We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Seaford, Delaware. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring patient comfort and well-being while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.Assist registered nurses and physicians in developing and implementing patient care plans.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure high standards of quality care and compliance with regulations.Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing questions and concerns regarding treatment and care options.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs.Implement infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development activities.Required and preferred qualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Current and valid LPN license to practice in the state of Delaware.Strong clinical skills with a dedication to patient care.Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates may also be considered.This role is part of a supportive team structure that encourages growth and development.
