We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Milford, DE. As a contract-based position, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our patients while working within a state-of-the-art facility.Job Title: RNLocation (City/State): Mildord, DE -19963Duration: 8 – 13 WeeksShift/Schedule: Day/Night/FlexibleGuaranteed Hours: 36/40 HoursPay: $1600 - $2000/WeeklyKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes in condition to the healthcare team immediately.Assist in coordinating and managing patient discharges to ensure continuity of care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while complying with health regulations and standards.Required and Preferred QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Delaware.Proficient in-patient care techniques and strong communication skills.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) software preferred.At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.CERTIFICATIONS: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred./p>Our company is committed to fostering professional growth and advancement for our staff.
