As a part-time caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they feel loved, respected, and comfortable in their daily routines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship to seniors, engaging them in conversation, games, and recreational activities.Monitor clients' health and safety, including medication reminders and reporting any changes in condition.Help clients with mobility, including transportation to appointments and helping them navigate their homes safely.Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.Communicate effectively with family members and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.Participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve caregiving skills and share insights.Required and preferred qualificationsMust be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification in California.At least 1 year of experience in personal care, preferably with elderly clients.Ability to perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to relate effectively to clients and their families.Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly.Our team is composed of dedicated caregivers who pride themselves on creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
