In-House Recruiter (LATAM-based, Remote)Performance Marketing + Digital Health Focus | English + Spanish BilingualMatch is a performance marketing agency specializing in full-funnel growth for digital health companies. We run high-impact campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and technical implementations (Meta CAPI, Google CAPI, pixel tracking, etc.) to help innovative virtual-first care companies acquire new patients profitably and scalably.We're hiring an experienced, bilingual In-House Recruiter based in Latin America to join our fully remote team. This role is about more than managing inbound applicants (though that’s part of it). We need a proactive recruiter who actively seeks out top talent—people who don’t just fit the role but elevate it. You’ll source “hell-yes” candidates across roles like media buyers, creatives, account managers, and sales leads, and initiate personalized outreach to get them excited about Matchnode.We encourage the use of modern tools to do the job better—whether that’s AI-based sourcing or screening, or video platforms like CAZVID to streamline candidate assessments and deepen communication.✅ What You’ll Do:Actively source standout candidates using LinkedIn, networks, outbound messaging, and AI tools.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across media, creative, technical, and go-to-market roles.Draft and post compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality, aligned applicants.Use AI and video tools (CAZVID, or similar) to collect candidate intros or first-round interviews.Conduct screenings and interviews with speed and clarity, maintaining a strong candidate experience.Collaborate directly with our co-founder and functional leads to prioritize roles and shape hiring strategy.Keep organized pipelines in our ATS and move fast—we value responsiveness and clarity in everything we do.⚙️ Ideal Experience:Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Demonstrated success in outbound recruiting, especially on LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.Familiarity with performance marketing roles (Meta, Google, analytics, ad tech, creative, etc.).Experience hiring for remote teams across Latin America.Bonus points for experience sourcing sales and account leadership talent.Extra credit if you know EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or “The Who Book” by Geoff Smart.Organized, fast-moving, and resourceful—you’re energized by finding the right people, not just filling seats.🌎 Remote-First, LATAM-Only:This is a 100% remote role for candidates currently based in Latin America.We work across U.S. time zones with asynchronous communication and a performance-driven culture.🎯 Why Us?We’re a tight, growing team with deep expertise in digital health performance marketing.
