As a part of our growing company, you'll be in an environment that values collaboration and innovation, providing you the opportunity to make a significant impact on both customers and our internal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update customer information in our systems.Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring all data is entered and processed correctly.Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.Prepare and process various administrative forms as necessary.Monitor and respond to customer feedback and engagement across multiple platforms.Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving service and operational efficiency.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma is required; higher education is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.Our company prides itself on fostering a culture of growth and ongoing learning.
