You’ll lead crews, manage timelines, coordinate trades, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to spec.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.Manage project schedules and oversee all facets of construction progress, ensuring milestones are met.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure project requirements are met.Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of work to maintain quality and safety standards.Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Manage project budgets by forecasting costs and tracking expenses to avoid overruns and ensure profitability.Lead, train, and assign tasks to on-site crewsKeep daily logs, track inventory, and ensure SWPPP complianceCoordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and engineersWork closely with project managers and architects to align execution with plansDevelop schedules to avoid conflicts and keep work flowing smoothly(Bonus) Operate a crane or be willing to get certifiedRequired and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.Extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of quality control and safety management practices.Familiarity with construction-related software and tools is highly advantageous.10+ years in construction supervision (water/municipal projects preferred)Strong leadership & problem-solving skillsBlueprint reading & multi-trade management expertiseValid driver’s license & willingness to travel between sitesThis role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are not only successful but also align with our company values and mission.
