In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention, making a difference for our clients every day.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and efficient customer support through live chat platforms.Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information in a friendly manner.Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and share knowledge.Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information to customers.Monitor chat queues to ensure prompt responses and service level agreements are met.Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and chat techniques.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.Strong problem-solving abilities.Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred, but not required.Familiarity with customer support software or live chat systems is a plus.A commitment to providing excellent customer service.Our team structure consists of dedicated support staff who collaborate closely to ensure all customer needs are met.
