We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Santiago, Chile. As a full-time position, this role plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This role has a significant impact on the first impression of our company, ensuring a positive and organized reception experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, answering phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.Manage appointment schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and time management.Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the professionalism of the company.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed.Respond to emails and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone at all times.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.Proficiency in office software tools, including Microsoft Office and basic data management software.Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.Fluency in Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.Joining our team provides the opportunity to work in a vibrant and modern office environment that values collaboration and teamwork.
