Key Responsibilities:🔹 New Business DevelopmentActively prospect through referrals, professional networks, events, and industry partnershipsMaintain a pipeline of at least 3x annual sales targetUse CRM systems to manage leads and client activityIdentify cross-selling opportunities across other Gibson service lines🔹 Client Strategy & Relationship ManagementLead benefit and risk strategy development for new and existing accountsRecommend tailored program structures and coverage strategiesManage renewals, carrier proposals, and service timelines with internal teamsEnsure compliance with client expectations, regulations, and industry standards🔹 Consulting & Risk ManagementAnalyze risk, claims, and benefit design trendsEducate clients on evolving insurance and benefits solutionsBuild high-retention relationships through proactive advisory Qualifications:✅ Required:Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales or a professional services consulting roleProven success in managing and growing a book of businessStrong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skillsLife & Health License (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools✅ Preferred:Bachelor’s degreeCEBS designationExperience in employee benefits for mid-to-large groupsBackground in independently owned insurance agencies Ideal Candidate Profile:Self-motivated and goal-drivenConfident presenter and skilled relationship builderComfortable working independently and within a collaborative advisory teamEnthusiastic about professional development and continuous learning
