We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Call Center Experience to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Bogota D.C., Colombia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient office management.Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.In addition to the daily tasks, you will participate in special projects aimed at optimizing workflow and enhancing service delivery. You will interact regularly with team members across departments, helping to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and administrative tasks.
