We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry and Customer Service Typist to join our dynamic team in Concord, New Hampshire. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a professional and inviting work environment, where they can make a tangible impact through their contributions to the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry tasks to maintain updated records in our databases.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions.Ensure organized filing of documents and reports to facilitate easy access and retrieval.Compile and generate reports based on data analysis to support key business decisions.Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and efficiencies.Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting various departments within the organization.Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback to enhance our service quality.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma required; further education is a plus.Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles, preferably within an administrative environment.Strong proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in completing tasks.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks appropriately.1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are not just colleagues but also collaborators working towards common goals.
