The Lock and Key Specialist will positively impact our clients by providing expert locksmithing services and contributing to a growing company that values quality and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality locksmithing services, including lock installation, repair, and key duplication.Diagnose and troubleshoot lock-related issues to develop effective solutions for clients.Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.Assist with inventory management by tracking and ordering necessary lock and key supplies.Promote and sell locksmith services and products to clients, showcasing the company's offerings.Maintain accurate records of services provided and transactions completed.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.Required and Preferred QualificationsVocational training in locksmithing or a related field.Proven skills in locksmithing, problem solving, customer service, and attention to detail.Strong sales skills and effective communication abilities.Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.Knowledge of relevant software/tools in locksmithing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in locksmith services or related fields.Will provide free training if needed.
