This full-time role is integral to driving business growth and customer engagement, directly impacting our company’s success in the competitive marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential new clients through research and networking.Conduct consultative sales presentations that address client needs and offer tailored IT service solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiating contracts and closing sales effectively.Collaborate with marketing to create effective outreach campaigns targeting new accounts.Track sales metrics and report on performance to management, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.Participate in ongoing training and industry events to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in consultative selling within the IT services sector.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Strong communication and presentation skills.3-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred.Industry-standard certifications, such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), are a plus.Our sales team operates within a structured yet flexible environment, promoting collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
