Our company, known for its commitment to excellence and its passionate workforce, is seeking a Bilingual Real Estate Agent to help navigate our clients through their buying and selling journeys in a picturesque locale.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide clients through the purchasing or selling processes, providing expert advice and market insights.Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, demonstrating properties to potential buyers.Prepare and present sales proposals and market analyses to clients, ensuring full understanding of available options.Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clarity in all interactions.Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements for transactions; maintain accurate records.Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and closing agents to facilitate seamless transactions.Stay updated on market trends and property listings to provide clients with the best possible outcomes.Required and Preferred QualificationsBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.High School Diploma or equivalent education required.Previous experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Costa Rica.Familiarity with real estate software and tools (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).Proven track record in sales, client management, and achieving personal targets.Our team thrives in a collaborative environment, where sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements is integral to our culture.
