This internship provides a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our hiring processes, supporting the acquisition of top talent that drives our company’s success.Note: This internship is Remote-Flexible and is supplemented with course credit only.Interested candidates can Work From Home, Anywhere in the World, and Choose Working Hours.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications.Support the recruitment team in posting job openings on various platforms and managing applicant tracking systems.Prepare and organize candidate materials for hiring manager reviews and interviews.Participate in outreach activities to attract diverse talent pools and engage potential candidates.Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Gather and analyze recruitment data to track success metrics and improve processes.Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and recommendations related to the recruitment strategy.Preferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and communicate effectively.Experience with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is preferred but not required.In this role, you will join a dedicated team that values collaboration and has a shared vision for success.
