We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Coordinator for Online Operations to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our online services and fostering a productive work environment. As a key member of our office, you will ensure efficient communication, organization, and support, significantly impacting the smooth running of our operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing customer support.Organize and maintain office files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.Coordinate schedules for team meetings and organize any necessary materials or resources.Assist with the logistics of online operations, including processing orders and tracking shipments.Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.Support the team with project coordination and follow up on action items from meetings.Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture by fostering communication and collaboration among team members.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Customer service experience is a plus.Join our growing team where you will find ample opportunities for professional development and career growth.
