We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Staffing & Managed Services Specialist to join our workforce solutions team. This role is key in managing end-to-end staffing processes, supporting managed service programs, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of workforce solutions to our clients. You’ll be working with a fast-paced, dynamic team dedicated to helping businesses scale efficiently through expert staffing and operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment for contract, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positionsSupport and manage client accounts within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management System (VMS) environmentBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industriesDevelop strong relationships with clients and ensure timely communication and service deliveryMonitor and report on staffing KPIs, client SLAs, and workforce productivityAssist with onboarding, compliance, timesheet management, and offboarding processesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and workforce solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce managementFamiliarity with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Bullhorn, etc.) is a strong plusExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a client-facing roleStrong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusesRemote or hybrid work optionsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer development and advancement opportunities
