You'll find an engaging work environment where collaboration and creativity flourish.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.Identify, report, and track defects in a timely manner using standard defect tracking tools.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application functionality and requirements.Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on testability and validation.Perform regression testing and maintain detailed documentation of testing results.Assist in the development of automation testing strategies for efficient quality assurance.Provide bilingual support to help bridge communication between teams and stakeholders.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience with software testing methodologies and processes (2-4 years preferred).Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.In our modern workplace, we pride ourselves on providing a culture of growth and collaboration.
